- Work alongside your personal physician.
- All medical records can be forwarded to your personal physician, at your request.

1-800-CALL DOC is easy-to-use:
- Call 1-800-CALL DOC. That’s 1-800-225-5362.
- A trained Triage Operator asks questions to determine the urgency of the medical problem.
- If ‘life-threatening’ situation, patient is advised to call 911.

- If ‘urgent’ or ‘non-urgent’ a physician housecall will be scheduled within 60 minutes or same day depending on need.
- Most situations treated in home, but if necessary, the CALL DOC physician will contact your personal physician to discuss hospital admission.

- Follow-up housecalls are normally made by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant under the telephone supervision of a CALL DOC physician.
- Medical records are forwarded to your personal physician at your request.
- If you can’t get in to see your doctor, ask if he can refer you to a CALL DOC physician for a Housecall consult.
